We also do our best to minimize waste by purchasing bulk concentrate and reusing cleaning containers. We’re always happy to talk more about our green practices directly with our customers. It’s a topic we’re passionate about! We provide these upgraded products at no cost to you.

  • Myers Clean provides all of the necessary supplies and equipment including vacuums, mops, microfiber towels and all cleaning products.

  • Of course! We’re happy to accommodate requests to use products supplied by our customers. We do ask customers to be cognizant of the type of products they’re requesting our cleaners to use.

 
  • It is common for first-time customers to be present at the end of service to complete a walk-through of the service, this is not required however. For recurring maintenance visits, the majority of our clientele are away during service. We guarantee our cleaners will treat your home with care and respect. We do require a form of entry be provided prior to service. We provide a secure and anonymous key storage option when provided a copy of your house key. If our team is unable to access a residence, our standard cancellation policy applies.

  • Prior to our visit, we appreciate it if you could tidy up by removing toys and clutter from floors and surfaces. If there are any specific instructions or considerations, please communicate them via email or a phone call to our office. Additionally, please inform us in advance if any remodeling or repair projects are underway or if you expect guests in your home.

  • We’re happy to accommodate special requests within reason. Please communicate all necessary information ahead of time to our front office either through phone or email.

  • Our dedicated team brings all the essential supplies by car. In order to facilitate a smooth arrival, we do request the provision of a parking space for one car. In instances where your street is zoned, please assist us by providing a parking permit for our vehicle each time a crew is scheduled to arrive. It's important to note that, in accordance with regulations, we strictly prohibit our staff from engaging in any illegal parking, even with the client's permission.

  • Yes! If you feel your pet may become overly anxious or aggressive towards our cleaners, we do ask that they are either securely confined or other temporary arrangements are made. In the event of pet accidents, we kindly ask for your assistance in promptly addressing and cleaning the affected areas ahead of time.

  • Our teams range from 2-4 cleaners depending on the size of job and employee availability. We will never send a single cleaner to your residence.

  • Our goal is to establish you with a known and trusted team that you can look forward to seeing for all recurring maintenance, however there are occasions when scheduling constraints or vacation time may necessitate us sending someone else.

  • Our goal is to provide our cleaners with a livable wage, however gratuity is always very much appreciated for a job well done. A customary tip for the cleaning industry is 15-20%. All tips go directly to our cleaners.

  • We accept all forms of payment, however Zelle is our preferred method.

 
  • Myers Clean is committed to guaranteeing 100% satisfaction for every customer. In the rare instance this is not achieved, we extend an offer for a complimentary reclean to address any overlooked areas. We do require that you communicate any concerns or complaints within 48 hours of the cleaning.

  • Upon making a booking, we reserve a spot in our cleaners' calendar exclusively for you! Consequently, cancellations significantly impact our cleaners' schedules. To mitigate this, we do regretfully impose a 50% of service cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring less than 24 hours in advance. For same-day cancellations, we apply an 80% cancellation fee.

  • Yes! We’re fully licensed and insured and happy to provide proof upon request.

  • In the event of any issues, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the service. We are fully insured and will work with you to ensure an appropriate and fair resolution is reached.
